Alastair Cooper

Alastair Thomas James Cooper (b. 30 May 1950, Mossbank, Delting) is a Shetland Islands Councillor for the Shetland North ward, having represented the area since 2007.

Political Career

Cooper was first elected in 2007 Shetland Islands Council election for Shetland North, a three-member ward, together with Addie Doull and Bill Manson. He stood once again for council in 2012 and was successfully reelected together with Andrea Manson and Drew Ratter.
