Harry Gray (b. 1 May 1909, d. 4 April 1980, Lerwick) was a Lerwick Town Councillor initially between 1953 then following a by-election, 1959 to 1975

He was the first President of the Rotary Club of Shetland, founded in 1972.

He was a distant relative of Eric Gray who was also the Provost of Lerwick (6th cousin).

He unsuccessfully contested the 1959 Lerwick Town Council election and the Lerwick Breiwick seat at the inaugural Shetland Islands Council election in 1974 and for the same seat at the 1978 election.
