Andrew Bruce Irvine (b. 2 May 1922, Tingwall, d. 21 December 2002, Lerwick) was a County Councillor for Tingwall between 1964 and 1973, and when the County Council reformed as the Shetland Islands Council, he represented Scalloway between 1974 until 1978, where he lost his bid for re-election.

He unsuccessfully contested the Scalloway seat at the 1978 Shetland Islands Council election.
