Andrew Marshall Mouat (b. 26 July 1888, Yell, d. 24 June 1959, Lerwick) was a Lerwick Town Councillor.
He unsuccessfully contested the 1937, the 1938, the 1945, the 1946, the 1947 Lerwick Town Council election and the 1950 Lerwick Town Council election.
