Charles Gilbert Spence (b. 14 March 1924, Yell, d. 22 September 1996, Yell) was a County Councillor for Yell South between 1958 and 1964.

He unsuccessfully contested the Yell South seat at the 1964 County Council election.

His great grandfather, Balfour Spence, was an early Lerwick Town Councillor.
