Reverend David John Hislop Harbison (b. 1933, Greenock) is a former Minister and Zetland County Councillor for Whalsay And Skerries from 1961 to 1964.

He was in Whalsay for 9 years (1958-1967) before moving to Hamilton, Lanarkshire. He is married to Winifred and has three children.

His love of football helped to encourage the development of football on Whalsay, and in 2002 he opened Harbison Park on the Isle.
