Henry 'Harie' Graham of Breckness (b. 1648, d. 1718) was a member of the Parliament of Scotland for Orkney and Shetland 1865-6.

He was educated at the Kirkwall Grammar School and St. Andrews University. Was tutored by James Stewart of Graemsay. Succeeded to the Breckness estate in 1666. Managed Bishopric estates for his father in law Bishop Honeyman. Appointed Sheriff and Admiral Depute of Orkney. One of the principal landowners in Orkney but came across financial difficulties and incurred heavy debts.
