Lewis Shand Smith (b. 16 March 1952, Lerwick) is the Chief Executive of the Ombudsman Service, a private-sector complaints resolution organisation, a former Rector of St. Magnus Church, former Shetland Islands Councillor convener and councillor from 1990 until 1999

He unsuccessfully contested the Lerwick Breiwick seat at the 1999 Shetland Islands Council election.
