Robert Henderson (b. 13 August 1838, Scousburgh, Dunrossness, d. 19 June 1898 Scousburgh, Dunrossness) was a merchant (R & T Henderson), Sunday School teacher (Cloddieknowe) and County Councillor in Shetland, representing Dunrossness North between 1890 and 1898.

He died in June of an election year, and his seat lay empty for two months before the County Council appointed Reverend Charles Whyte in August.
