Reverend William Marshall (b. 12 April 1924, Huddersfield, d. 18 August 1995, Bathgate, West Lothian) was a Church of Scotland minister for the parish of Delting and a County Councillor for Delting North between 1961 and 1963.

He was transferred from Inch to Delting on 27 October 1960 and resigned his position on 31 Jul 1963.
