William Pole (b. 19 December 1839, North Yell, d. 30 July 1921, Mossbank, Delting) was a general merchant and a County Councillor for Delting North between 1904 and 1907.

His youngest child, Joseph, was also a county councillor for the same area between 1922 and 1945.

William Pole unsuccessfully stood in the inaugural Zetland County Council election in 1890.
