John Robert Irvine (b. 12 January 1877, Dunrossness, d. 16 January 1959, Sandwick) was a County Councillor for Dunrossness South from June 1919 until December 1919.
He failed to get re-elected at the 1919 County Council election, but was elected to serve the Dunrossness North constituency from 1925 until he resigned in 1931.
