Captain '''Andrew Dick''' (b. Aft 1637, d. 3 January 1701) was a member of the Parliament of Scotland for Orkney and Shetland [[1678]] and also the Stewart Principal of the same area in 1669, Chamberlain of Stewartry in 1675, and also took Bishopric rents in 1675-81. In 1686, he was accused of &quot;many malversations and oppressions&quot; in Orkney and banished. He moved to Shetland and bought land in Lerwick.
