Reverend '''Simson Wallace''' (b. 2 April [[1867]], Scoonie, Fife, d. 13 November [[1940]], Pittenweem, Anstruther, Fife) was a minister and a [[County Council]]lor for [[Cunningsburgh (Constituency)|Cunningsburgh]] between [[1925]] and [[1927]].

He first represented Eshaness United Free Church from 7 April 1897 until he was transferred to Longformacus in 1909. He was transferred back to Shetland from Longformacus and was ordained to the Cunningsburgh United Free Church on 2 February 1912, he transferred out of Shetland to Botriphnie & Cairnie on 2 Feb 1927, resigning from the [[County Council]] and causing a [[Cunningsburgh County Council By-Election February 1927|Cunningsburgh by-election]].
He died of heart failure in November, [[1940]].

He unsuccessfully contested the Northmavine South seat in the [[County_Council_Election_December_1901#Northmavine_South|1901 County Council Election]].
