Reverend '''Theodore Andrew''' (b. 14 February [[1898]], [[Walls]], d. 8 September [[1960]], Gilbert Bain Hospital) was a minister and [[County Councillor]] for [[Walls (Constituency)|Walls]] between [[1928]] and [[1930]].

He served the Church of Scotland initially in [[Walls]] from [[1924]] or [[1926]] until he was transferred to Dundee Chapelshade on 20 March [[1930]]. He returned to Shetland to serve in Sandwick from [[1954]] until [[1959]] when Sandwick joined with Cunningsburgh and Quarff, which he represented from then until his death.
