Reverend '''William Marshall''' (b. 12 April [[1924]], Huddersfield, d. 18 August [[1995]], Bathgate, West Lothian) was a Church of Scotland minister for the parish of [[Delting]] and a [[County Council]]lor for [[Delting North (Constituency)|Delting North]] between [[1961]] and [[1963]].

He was transferred from Inch to Delting on 27 October [[1960]] and resigned his position on 31 Jul 1963.
