William MacDougall (b. 1856, Melrose, Roxburghshire, d. 1931) was an Agent for the Commercial Bank Lerwick Town Councillor.
Biography
William arrived in Shetland in 1907, succeeding Charles Laurenson who had been appointed Agent at the Chief Office in Greenock. William was in post until 1920.
