Andrew Marshall Mouat (b. 26 July 1888, Yell, d. 24 June 1959, Lerwick) was a car hirer and Lerwick Town Councillor.

He unsuccessfully contested the 1937, 1938, 1945, 1946, the 1947 the 1950 and the 1951 election.

Biography
