Peter Dalziel (b. 25 October 1901, Lerwick, d. 30 March 1977, Lerwick) was a Lerwick Town Councillor between 1934 and 1937, then 1938 to 1946.

He unsuccessfully contested the 1937 and the 1946 Lerwick Town Council election.

Biography

He served for some years as the chairman of the Electricity Committee on the Town Council at the time in which the council provided electricity to the town. He was credited with working hard to improve the conditions of housing in Lerwick. He advocated for local men to be prioritised to work on Council developments.
