William Bruce (b. 14 March 1882, Whalsay, d. 18 January 1943, Lerwick) was a ship carpenter and Lerwick Town Councilor.
He unsuccessfully contested the 1920 and the 1930 Lerwick Town Council election, as well as the 1921 Lerwick Town Council by-election.
