Leonard Groat

Leonard George Groat is a former Shetland Islands Councillor who represented the Lerwick North constituency, initially from 1982 to 1999, then again from 2003 to 2007.
He unsuccessfully contested the Lerwick North & Lerwick North Central seats at the 1999 Shetland Islands Council election.
