Steven Coutts

Steven William Coutts (b. 18 November 1982, Lerwick) is a Shetland Islands Councillor, representing the North Isles since 2012.
Biography
Steven runs a business consultancy out of Yell, and has undertaken work on behalf of the Energy Saving Trust.
