Charles William Charleson (b. 11 September 1895, Northmavine, d. 5 October 1979, Hillswick, Northmavine) was a crofter and County Councillor first for Northmavine South between 1945 and 1949 then Northmavine North from 1949 until 1952 and then finally again for Northmavine South between 1952 and 1955.

He unsuccessfully contested the Northmavine South seat in the 1955 County Council election and the 1955 Delting South by-election.
