Magnus Shearer may refer to:
- Magnus Shearer, (1890-1961), managing director of J & M Shearer Ltd, Lerwick Town Councillor and County Councillor for Whalsay And Skerries between 1924 until his election onto the Town Council in 1936. He represented Whalsay and Skerries again between 1947 and 1958. Father of the below.
- Magnus Macdonald Shearer, (1924-2007), Managing Director of J. & M. Shearer Ltd, a Justice of the Peace, a member of the Lerwick Harbour Trust, honorary consul for Sweden and Germany, and a Lerwick Town Councillor between 1962 and 1969. Son of the above.
