Robert Irvine 'Bertie' Black (b. 10 December 1932, Quendale, Dunrossness, d. 2022) is a former Shetland Islands Councillor initially for Gulberwick, Quarff and Cunningsburgh then for Lerwick Harbour and Bressay.
