Robert Alexander 'Bingo' Johnson (b. 28 January 1903, Vidlin, d. 11 July 1970, Aberdeen) was a clerk in the office of the Procurator Fiscal and a County Councillor for Gulberwick from 1958 until his death in 1970, also having been the convener. He was also the Lerwick Up Helly-Aa Guizer Jarl in 1928.
