Gilbert Tait

Gilbert Tait (b. 1789, Fetlar, d. 3 May 1860, Lerwick) was a general merchant and Lerwick Town Councillor between 1835 until his death in 1860.
Gilbert was the great-grandfather of Thomas Mortimer Yule Manson.
