Captain Robert Henderson Ramsay (b. 17 October 1874, Lerwick, d. 14 August 1957, Lerwick) was a photographer and Lerwick Town Councillor between 1912 and 1921.

He unsuccessfully contested the 1921 Lerwick Town Council election.

Robert took up photography at an early age, and worked with Valetine & Sons, Dundee, to capture landscapes in Orkney and Shetland to be used as postcards. He enlisted in the 7th Volunteer Battalion Gordon Highlanders in 1902. Mobilised in 1914, he served in his Regiment as Adjutant until 1916 when he returned to civilian life.
