James Bairnson (b. 8 August 1898, Culsetter, Dunrossness, d. 21 December 1987, Fleck, Dunrossness) was a seaman and County Councillor for Dunrossness South between 1945 and 1952.

He unsuccessfully contested the Dunrossness South seat in the 1952 County Council election.

Biography
