Simon Garriock (b. 14 March 1897, Skeld, Sandsting, d. 25 August 1973, Raewick, Sandsting) was a County Councillor for Sandsting between 1945 and 1955.

He was a distant relative of Tingwall County Councillor Lewis Garriock (4th cousin twice removed).

He unsuccessfully contested the Sandsting seat in the 1955 County Council election.
