James Laurence Barclay 'Jeemie Blub' Smith (b. 2 October 1941, Sandwick) is a former marine engineer and Shetland Islands Councillor for Sandwick.
He unsuccessfully contested the Sandwick seat at the 1999 Shetland Islands Council election.
