Mark Burgess

Mark Burgess (b. 16 March 1970, Edinburgh) is a Shetland Islands Councillor, representing Shetland Central since 2012.
Biography
Mark is a columnist and photographer for the Shetland Times newspaper, as well as a teacher at the Shetland College and a self-employed web designer.
Prior to being a councillor, he had held posts on the Scalloway Community Council, Scalloway Public Hall Committee, Scalloway Museum Committee, Scalloway School Parent Council and the Shetland Arts Board,
