Colonel Frederick Leonard 'Tiny' Dainty (b. ~1917, d. 2 January 2009) was a seaman and County Councillor between 1973 and 1975 and a Shetland Islands Councillor between 1974 and 1978, on both occasions for Whalsay And Skerries.
