St. Clair Pottinger

St Clair Arthur Alexander Pottinger (b. 30 May 1891, Gremista, Lerwick, d. 23 March 1973, Cunningsburgh) was a merchant navy officer and County Councillor for Cunningsburgh between 1945 and 1949
