William Spence Smith (b. 15 April 1849, Lerwick, d. 23 April 1920, Lerwick) was a draper, founder of Smith & Robertson, and a Lerwick Town Councillor between 1907 until his resignation in 1916.
He unsuccessfully contested the 1876 and 1905 Lerwick Town Council election.
