Thomas Angus Anderson (b. 19 June 1866, Kergord, Weisdale, d. 17 December 1920, Lerwick) was a sheep farmer and a County Councillor for Aithsting between 1915 and 1920.
His father and brother, both named James, were also councillors.
Biography
Thomas grew up in relative comfort as the son of a successful crofter, but at an early age took ill and had to be treated on the Scottish mainland. When a boating accident off Vementry took the lives of his younger brother, as well as William Fraser, proprietor of Vementry, Thomas was appointed as factor to William's estate and held that post until death.
