Andrew Thomas Hawick Tulloch (b. 11 January 1936, Heylor, Northmavine, d. 20 February 2021, Lerwick) was the owner of Hughson Brothers wholesalers and was a County Councillor for Delting North between 1964 and 1970.
His father John was also a councillor.
He was Guizer Jarl for the 1969 Lerwick Up Helly-Aa.
