John Scott Ratter (b. 21 January 1891, Northmavine, d. 28 January 1959, Cullivoe, Yell) was a County Councillor in Yell from 1948 to 1952.

Biography

John succeeded his father in the merchant business L. J. Ratter in Cullivoe. He was known as a skilled sailor in and out of Shetland.
