Eustace Bankart

Eustace George Lowenthal Bankart (b. 10 May 1858, Bolton, d. 12 May 1902, Melby House, Sandness) was a farmer, stuff merchant and County Councillor.
Biography
The Shetland Archives has a record of a police report against Bankart for accidentally poisoning three dogs[1], and a subsequent letter of apology from him [2].
His death was registered by James Grierson and his remains were taken south on the Ninian. He was eventually buried back in Bolton.
