Andrew Robertson (b. 21 September 1857, Toft, Delting, d. 26 January 1922, Edinburgh) was a wine/spirit merchant and a County Councillor for Northmavine North from 1897 until 1903.
He was ousted by petition in 1903 due to following his bankruptcy.

Andrew had a shop in Lerwick named Turk's Head in Market Street (also referred to as Market Refreshment Rooms) and was for some time the proprietor of Sandwater Hotel in Weisdale. He began business in Lerwick around 1886, prior to which he was the an assistant to Peter Tulloch in his business. He acquired that business from the latter's trustees after Tulloch's death.
