Henry Mouat (b. 29 November 1874, Tingwall, d. 20 March 1944, Lerwick) was the manager of a wholesalers and a County Councillor.
He unsuccessfully contested the Whiteness and Weisdale seat in the 1919 County Council election.
He was described by the Shetland Times as one of the "foremost business men and one of the most eminent figures ever to take part in the Island's public life". Upon his marriage to Jane Smith, he moved from Tingwall to Sandsound and operated a general merchant shop in Weisdale. By the 1910s, the family had relocated to Lerwick where Henry was associated with the Shetland Island's Steam Trading Company.
In 1907, he began his association with the form J & J Tod & Sons.
