Burra (Constituency)

The constituency of Burra first begun electing in 1890 for the County Council until 1974, when the County Council merged with the Town Council to form the Shetland Islands Council. The county was then incorporated with Trondra and remained so until the 2007 election.
The constituency of Burra has also included Trondra, Quarff and the island of Havera at various points since 1890..
