Delting South (Constituency)
From Shetland History Online
The constituency of Delting South first begun electing in 1890 for the County Council until 1974, when the County Council merged with the Town Council to form the Shetland Islands Council. Following this, Delting South simply became Delting for the 1974 election, however for the following election in 1978 it was returned to the Delting South boundaries and remained so until 1994 when it became Delting East.
